After donating plasma in the early evening, my right arm had very limited mobility. As this is my dominant arm and the one primarily used to take pictures, I was struggling for ideas. After a contemplative walk, I noticed the light from the sunset bouncing off the water and streaming through the metal girders of the green bridge near my house. Shooting with my left hand wrapped around the camera, I used the manual focus ring to purposefully shoot out-of-focus in order to emphasize the contrasting light and dark.
