Oh my brave little adventurer....


Using paper coated with ferric ammonium citrate and potassium ferricyanide, we created cyanotypes by exposing the paper to sunlight for ten or more minutes to create an exposure.  Paint marker drawings on acetate were substituted for a printed negative. The exposures were then oxidized with water and hydrogen peroxide to turn the paper from a muddy yellow to a deep blue.
