Instead of sleeping and recovering from last week, I decided to take a lot of pictures. The on-camera flash creates some aggressive lighting which contradicts my current weary state, so I thought I'd experiment. Soon I discovered how to get a hipster effect in camera. #art. Using a longer exposure, I would hold still for the flash then flail around to let some of the wall behind me show through. Thus, creating a pseudo-gradient. I'm glad the roommates weren't around to witness this process. . . the flailing might have worried them.
